Liftrac is a growing company working in the sale, rental and repair of forklifts and now in addition, a variety of lifting equipment (Nacelle, hydraulic scaffolding, telescopic forklift) since 1987.
We are looking for a mechanic who will work in the workshop and on the road for our equipment in Greater Montreal (South Shore, Montreal, North Shore, and surrounding areas).

Responsibilities
- Define the parts required for repairs from supplier catalogs
- Evaluate the time allocated for repairs
- Know and differentiate the different products during mechanical interventions
- Operate and handle the various equipment to be repaired as well as the specialized tools to carry out the repairs
- Keep work spaces clean, including equipment, tools, clothing and respect the environment
- Perform all assigned functions in a safe and productive manner
- Use the company's various IT systems
- Communicate information to the manager or client regarding the task(s) to be accomplished
- Travel and carry out on-site interventions if necessary
Skills
- Comfortable with the heavy machine
- Knowledge of welding and torching, an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Interest in the rental, construction, or vehicle industry is an asset
- Hardworking, Punctual, Passionate
- Bilingual English and French is an asset
Qualification
- Diploma in mechanics
- 2+ years in a similar field
